Refund Policy

At Clothex, we care about your shopping experience and aim to provide the best quality products. As we operate on a dropshipping model, our refund and return process is limited to specific cases. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase. 1. Eligibility for Refund Refunds are available only under the following conditions: You received a damaged or defective product You received the wrong item Your order was never delivered (confirmed lost by courier) We do not offer refunds for: Size issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering) Change of mind after placing the order Delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances Personalized/customized orders (if any) 2. Time Frame for Refund Requests To be eligible for a refund, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. 3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, email us at clothexonline@gmail.com mailto:clothexonline@gmail.com in with the following details: * Order ID * Reason for refund * Clear photos of the product and packaging * Any unboxing video (if available, recommended) Once we review your request and verify the issue, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. 4. Return Process If a return is required, we will inform you of the pickup or return shipping process. You may need to ship the product back to us or our supplier’s address. The product must be: * In original condition * Unused and unwashed * With all original packaging and tags We reserve the right to reject the return if the product does not meet these conditions. 5. Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method It may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer. You must share your account or UPI details for processing. 6. Non-Returnable Items Certain products are non-returnable, including: * Clearance or sale items * Gift cards or coupon redemptions * Used or washed items * Items with strong perfume or stains 7. Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless they fall under the eligible refund conditions listed above. 8.
